This course focused on taking ownership and agency over the learning process and incorporating choice and voice in designing authentic projects that use technology innovation as a catalyst for change in their organizations.

REFLECTIONS:

The concepts in this course has coincided with our methods here at The Tomorrow Teacher as we strive to develop a system that offers a growth mindset, COVA principles, and many opportunities to provide and receive feedforward. We have found very unique ways of incorporating these ideas throughout our model thus far, so this course has really been reassuring.

Our concept for gamification model delivers plenty of areas where having a growth mindset is necessary to progress forward into reaching new levels. Our student choice interface allows many instances where students can own their learning through choosing their path and expressing their learning in the best way they know how. Our design thinking integration into project-based learning provides the necessary component where feedforward is essential in the process of development.
